- Gran Hotel Bristol Habana Vieja (Meliá Collection)
Formerly Gran Hotel Bristol by Kempinski, moves from Kempinski to Meliá Collection – Reopening scheduled for July 1, 2025. - Sol Hicacos (Varadero)
Formerly Be Live Turquesa, it moves to the Melia chain under the “Sol” concept – Family Beach Hotels. Its reopening is scheduled for November/December 2025. - INNSiDE Jagua (Cienfuegos)
Formerly Hotel Jagua, reopening scheduled for February 1, 2026 after a complete renovation, under the INNSIDE concept of Meliá, which is a boutique city hotel. - Iberostar Marqués de la Torre (Havana)
It becomes independent from the Parque Central complex and establishes itself as a boutique hotel with its own identity. - Playa Luxury Hotels managed by Gaviota Hoteles
New luxury concept under Gaviota Hoteles after a complete renovation in 4 beach hotels, including a free airport transfer shuttle.- Playa Luxury Cayo Guillermo, previously operated by Kempinski.
- Playa Luxury Varadero, formerly Hotel Cayo Libertad.
- Playa Cayo Santa María with a new section within the same hotel under the concept “Playa Luxury”.
- Playa Pesquero Resort, Suite & Spa with a new section within the same hotel under the concept “Playa Luxury”.
- Playa Kids family sections in beach hotels managed by Gaviota Hoteles
New concept for families under Gaviota Hoteles after a complete renovation in different beach hotels with an interior design in the rooms and the entire hotel complex specially designed for children, including a free airport transfer shuttle and additional extra services. At the moment already available at Playa Cayo Santa María. Soon in the following hotels: Playa Pesquero Resort, Suite & Spa y Playa Punta Hicacos, no date set for the opening yet. - Mystique Hotels in Camagüey
All E Hotels (formerly owned by Cubanacan Hotels) in the tourist hub of Camagüey are now managed by Blue Diamond Resorts under the boutique Mystique brand, maintaining their heritage value with renewed management. - Blue Diamond Resorts: “Resonance” dual concept
Blue Diamond revolutionizes its portfolio with an innovative proposal: two twin hotels side by side with complementary experiences: BLU – relaxation, wellness, yoga, and healthy food; MUSIQUE – 24-hour entertainment, parties, and colorful entertainment.
